GTB IT Solutions

IT for Home Based Business

GTB looks after the IT needs of people whose home computer system is crucial to their work, interests, or family.

You get FULL support and HONEST accurate advice from IT professionals. We work wherever is most appropriate for your needs: in our workshop or in your home.

As we would do with a bigger business client, we’re very happy to help you understand your needs, let you know your options in plain English, and ‘fit’ a solution to you.

Typically we help with home networks internet and wireless, supply of computers, tablets and other hardware and their software, migration of information from old computers to new ones, the set-up of your computer, performance upgrades to extend your computers life, and any repairs or maintenance needed for home office.

We also offer a ‘shopping and research’ service if you want us to work for you to satisfy complex or specialist needs. We also offer ongoing support and service under Pay As You Go or one of our Service Agreements.

As well as our other fixed fee services, we also offer:

  • Fixed Fee Diagnosis – To find out what is wrong with your computer. If we can fix it within the fee, we will, but otherwise we provide a verbal report on your options.

  • Tune Up Service – A “spring-clean” for your computer, to speed it up and remove annoying glitches. All for a fixed fee.

So, tell us what you need and we answer in plain English, with practical solutions – and we’ll “make IT work for you”. Contact GTB now for your Home Office needs.

  • Community preferential rates…
We are a community minded company. We offer a reduced hourly rate for consumers, seniors and genuinely social-profit organisations.

Preferential rates for consumers also apply to staff members of our business clients.

GTB had its start in 1999 as Sarah McMurray’s home based business supporting people with home and home office computer systems in Kapiti and Horowhenua – and while these days more than 95% of our business is commercial and we operate throughout the lower North Island, we have not forgotten our roots, and we still strive to provide excellent, friendly and trustworthy advice.
